Tropical Computers deals primarily with small & medium business clients; to that end, the following terms and conditions apply to this site.

At this time, Tropical Computers online store is only trading in Darwin and outer regions.

Refunds / Exchange
Under no circumstance are refunds or exchange of products allowed. Once a product is purchased there are no returns.
Warranty
All hardware warranty resides with the manufacturer of the hardware, and as such you should contact the manufacturer of computers for any warranty concerns.
Payment
Payment is required before a product is available to be delivered to a client. Clients with accounts at Tropical Computers using this website are no exception to this rule.

• Pricing here for equipment does not include installation.
• We do reserve the right to change prices on this website at any time.
• Purchases may take up to 24 hours to get prepared for pickup or delivery.
