Shipping and Returns

The Order Process
Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email to keep you up to date with your order as its processed within our system. Typically any order that has confirmed payment at midday will be processed that day.

Payment Methods

• Direct deposit: this allows you to pay money directly into our account, either online, or at any CBA bank branch. If your deposit is made by 5pm, we can confirm funds the next business day and process your order. An exception to this is any deposit made after 5pm Friday will not appear into our bank account until Tuesday morning.

 

• Credit Card: we accept payment via either MasterCard or VISA. These funds are usually available same day which can speed up processing.

 

Product Delivery Methods
Goods can be delivered and installed by one of our technicians at your office at our consultation rates.

Or

Clients can pick up goods at their own risk from Tropical Computers Offices Directly.

Time Frame
Once ordered, goods are usually ready for deployment 1 business day after the order has been made.

Returns
Under no circumstances are product returns allowed.
